Cocoaroma Magazine

Look what I've found - really promising magazine for chocolate connaisseurs! Below we can see short info about last issues :

"Issue 2:2
In the most recent issue, Cocoaroma travels to Vietnam, investigates Hugo Chavez's plans for Venezuela's world-renowned cacao, and profiles chocolate artisans from Kyoto, London, Singapore, and San Francisco.

Issue 2:1
Highlights of the fourth installment of Cocoaroma include an exploration of Trinidad's cacao-growing traditions and a visit to Lillie Belle Farms in Jacksonville, Oregon.

Issue 1:3
Cocoaroma heads to Europe to explore Swiss chocolate traditions, the theories and techniques of cacao roasting, and the pairing of Bavarian beers with chocolates.

Issue 1:2
Cocoaroma seeks out the origins of Arriba cacao, investigates the essence of chocolate flavor, and profiles ten chocolates made with Ecuadorian cacao.

Issue 1:1
In the inaugural issue, Cocoaroma visits the KitKat factory in York, England, and profiles the Cluizel family of French chocolate maker Chocolats de Luxe Cluizel."

Definitely, it sounds great!

Where were you hiding? I adore chocolate! Now I find a site where all things chocolate are discussed so admirably in one place.

Thanks so much. I will spend many pleasant hours here.

Greetings from Cape Town.
